Regenerate the meeting summary

Overview

Tinrec automatically generates an AI meeting summary after recording or transcription finishes. If you want a summary that better matches your needs—or you are not satisfied with the current one—you can regenerate it for the same record.

Steps

1. Open the conversation detail page and go to Meeting summary.
2. Find and tap Regenerate.
3. The system rebuilds the meeting summary from the transcript, including main conclusions, decisions, and action items.
4. After generation, use Copy summary to paste into meeting email or notes.

Tips / FAQ

• Summary cards can include: full summary, key points, meeting templates, quick overview, mind map, speaker summary, custom, and more—browse as needed.
• Regeneration uses the current transcript; finish transcript edits first for a more accurate summary.
• Some advanced cards (for example mind map or quick overview) can be regenerated individually.
