Rematch a speaker
Reassign transcript segments to the correct speaker
Overview
When automatic speaker separation mislabels a segment, use Rematch to assign the selected transcript text to the correct speaker.
Steps
- Open the conversation detail page and go to Transcript.
- Find the mislabeled segment and open the speaker label or segment edit options.
- In the speaker editor, choose Rematch and select the correct speaker.
- Confirm; the segment moves to the new speaker label.
Tips / FAQ
- Rematch only changes that segment’s assignment; other segments are unchanged. Repeat for bulk fixes.
