  1. In the app or web personal settings, find Contact support or the feedback entry.
  2. Describe the issue or suggestion; attach related records or screenshots if helpful.
  3. Submit your feedback, or email support at official@tinrec.com.

Tips / FAQ

  • Support email replies within 24 hours on business days; LINE support is also available (weekdays 9:00–18:00).
  • For transcription accuracy issues, include context (number of speakers, language)—it helps the team improve.
