Untag a speaker
Remove the speaker tag from a transcript segment
Overview
If a transcript segment was tagged with the wrong speaker—or should not belong to a specific speaker—use Untag to remove that segment’s speaker label.
Steps
- Open the conversation detail page and go to Transcript.
- Tap the speaker label on the segment to untag, then choose Untag or remove from the edit options.
- After confirmation, the segment no longer shows speaker attribution.
Tips / FAQ
- Untag affects only the selected segment; the speaker remains on other segments.
- To reassign the whole segment, use Rematch instead.
- Exact button names depend on your app version (details are subject to the official website).
