Search, replace, and tap timestamps to play back your transcript
Overview
Tinrec transcripts are more than readable text. Search, replace, and timestamp jump-to-playback help you find highlights, fix proper nouns, and replay key moments.
Steps
- Search: Enter keywords in the detail page search box—matches are highlighted and located.
- Replace: From search results, use Replace or Replace all to fix wording (for example, standardize proper nouns).
- Timestamp playback: Tap a timestamp in the transcript to play audio from that point and verify speech.
- Highlight jump: In the sidebar Highlights list, tap any highlight to jump to the matching audio.
- Display mode: Switch among bilingual, original only, or translation only as needed.
Tips / FAQ
- Search and replace are best for word-level fixes; after large edits, regenerate the meeting summary.
- Timestamp playback needs the recording still in the cloud and transcription completed.
- Bilingual display depends on transcription language and translation settings.
