Overview
The Tinrec web app lets you record and transcribe directly in the browser—no desktop install required to start live transcription. It supports multi-device sync, so recordings and records are available across the app, iPad, and web anytime.

Steps
- Open a browser, go to tinrec.com, and sign in.
- Go to the Recording page, click Start recording, and authorize microphone access.
- The live transcript appears as you speak; you can Add marker for key points during recording.
- You can Pause / Resume / Stop recording. After you stop, meeting notes and to-dos are generated automatically.

Q: Does web recording have a limit?
A: Yes. Web recordings have a per-session limit (Free: 30 minutes per session; Pro web: 5 hours per session). For longer sessions, use the app or Mac desktop app.
Q: Can it capture online meeting system audio?
A: The web app mainly records microphone or browser audio. To fully capture Zoom / Meet / Teams / Webex system audio, use the Mac desktop app.
