Adjust Tinrec meeting recording settings

Overview

Tinrec’s meeting recording settings let you control recording behavior, display name, concurrent recording limits, automatic sharing, deduplication, and more. This article summarizes common settings.

Steps

  1. Open Tinrec and go to Personal settings → Meeting recording settings.
  2. Adjust the following:
    • Display name: Set the name shown during recording (see Change meeting recording display name).
    • Concurrent recordings: Check how many meetings can be recorded at once.
    • Automatic sharing: Choose whether to create a share link automatically after recording (see Manage automatic sharing for recordings).
    • Deduplication: Help avoid recording the same meeting twice.
  3. Leave the settings page after changes to apply them (some changes may require signing in again or restarting the desktop app).
