If Ask AI won’t open, answers look wrong, or responses are slow, try the steps below first.

Steps

  1. Confirm the recording has finished transcribing—Ask AI needs a transcript, so wait until transcription completes.
  2. Refresh the page or reopen the recording detail page, then open the Ask AI panel again.
  3. Make sure you’re on your own recording’s detail page (shared pages do not support Ask AI).
  4. Check that your network is stable; Ask AI needs online access to the model.
  5. If an answer is clearly wrong or unrelated, ask again or turn on Deep thinking and retry.
  6. If it’s still unresolved, contact support at official@tinrec.com (reply within 24 hours on business days).
