Q: Do I need a paid plan to use Ask AI?

A: Ask AI uses your plan allowance. The free plan can try basic Q&A; usage limits and advanced features (multi-audio Q&A, AI generate file) follow the official pricing page.

Q: Can Ask AI use multiple recordings at once?

A: Yes. Ask AI supports multi-audio linked Q&A—add several audio files so answers combine their content. See Add context to Ask AI.

Q: What formats can Ask AI export?

A: Answers can be saved as cards; AI generate file can output Word, Excel, PDF, and HTML. For SRT, images, TXT, and more, use Export in the more menu.

Q: Why is there no Ask AI on a shared link page?

A: Shared pages do not support Ask AI—use it on your own recording detail page.

Q: Are Ask AI answers always correct?

A: Not always. AI may invent inaccurate content that isn’t in the recording—see Understanding incorrect information in Ask AI responses, and treat the transcript as the source of truth.
