Update your billing address

How to update your billing address and ZIP code in Tinrec so invoices can be issued correctly.

Overview

When you purchase a paid Tinrec plan and issue invoices, a correct billing address helps with tax and expense reporting. If your billing address or ZIP code changes, update it in Profile Settings.

Steps

  1. Open the Tinrec app and go to Profile Settings → Orders and usage records (or the billing information page).
  2. Find Billing address / Billing information and tap Edit.
  3. Update your address, city, ZIP code, and other details, then save.
  4. After updating, later invoices use the new address; to reissue already issued invoices, contact Support.
