How to fix a missing Apple/iOS paid subscription

If a paid subscription purchased via Apple App Store does not appear in your Tinrec account, use this guide to troubleshoot.

Overview

If you purchased a Tinrec paid plan via Apple App Store (iOS) but it does not appear under Subscription Management in your account, use the steps below to troubleshoot.

Steps

  1. Confirm that the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription matches the account currently signed in to Tinrec.
  2. On your iOS device, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and confirm the Tinrec subscription exists and has not expired.
  3. Return to the Tinrec app, go to Profile Settings → Subscription Management, then refresh or sign in again to check.
  4. If it still does not appear, contact Tinrec Support (official@tinrec.com) and provide a screenshot of your Apple subscription receipt.

Tips / FAQ

  • Subscriptions purchased via in-app purchase (Apple / Google) are managed by those platforms; official website (tinrec.com) subscriptions are paid via PayPal — the account channels differ.
  • If you purchased on the official website with PayPal, use the same sign-in email; the subscription will appear in Subscription Management.
