Move an in-app purchase subscription to Tinrec on the web

How to map a Tinrec subscription purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play to your official website account.

Overview

If you originally purchased a Tinrec subscription via Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) in-app purchase and want to manage or renew it on the official website (tinrec.com) instead, use this guide to make sure the subscription maps correctly to your Tinrec account.

Steps

  1. Confirm the Tinrec account email you used when purchasing the subscription in the app.
  2. Sign in to the web version (tinrec.com) with the same account email.
  3. Go to Profile Settings → Subscription Management to check subscription status.
  4. If you want to manage future renewals via the official website PayPal channel, cancel auto-renewal on the original in-app purchase channel first, then resubscribe on the official website with PayPal.

  • In-app purchase (Apple / Google) and official website PayPal are different payment channels; the same account email can map, but renewals must be managed separately.
  • Cancel auto-renewal on the original channel before switching, to avoid duplicate charges.
