Cancel your Tinrec Pro subscription

How to cancel a Tinrec Pro (Basic Pro / Pro+) paid subscription and turn off auto-renewal.

Overview

If you subscribed to a Tinrec Pro plan (Basic Pro or Pro+), you can turn off auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, you can keep using Pro benefits until the end of the current period.

Steps

  1. Open the Tinrec app and go to Profile Settings → Subscription Management.
  2. Find your current Pro plan and tap Cancel subscription / Turn off auto-renewal.
  3. Confirm cancellation as prompted.
  4. Complete any follow-up based on purchase channel:
    • Official website (tinrec.com) via PayPal: Cancel in Tinrec.
    • In-app purchase (Apple / Google): Cancel in the corresponding platform (Apple Subscriptions / Google Play Subscriptions).

Tips / FAQ

  • After cancellation, you can continue using the plan until the end date; it does not end immediately.
  • If you purchased via in-app purchase, also confirm auto-renewal is turned off on that platform to avoid the next charge.
  • If you want to restore access after canceling, you can resubscribe at any time.
