Tinrec's enterprise team plan (team subscription) is still in planning and has not officially launched. If you encounter errors related to "creating a team subscription," it is usually because that feature is not yet available.
Steps
- Confirm whether you entered a team feature that is not yet open; for now, use personal plans (Free / Basic Pro / Pro+).
- If you have team or enterprise needs, contact Tinrec Support (official@tinrec.com) so the team can note your request and notify you at launch.
- After the enterprise team plan officially launches, create a team subscription in Subscription Management.

- Before the enterprise team plan launches, you can still use the full features of personal paid plans.
