How to upgrade from Free to Basic Pro, Pro+, or other paid plans in Tinrec.
Overview
Tinrec offers Free and multiple paid plans. When you need more transcription quota, a longer single-recording limit, or advanced features, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
Steps
- Open the Tinrec app and go to Profile Settings → Subscription Management.
- Compare plans and choose one that fits (Basic Pro or Pro+).
- Choose a payment channel and complete the subscription:
- Official website (tinrec.com): Pay via PayPal.
- In-app purchase: Pay via Apple or Google account.
- After successful payment, paid benefits take effect immediately.
Tips / FAQ
- Free plan provides 60 minutes of transcription quota per month; paid plans start around 600 minutes (Basic Pro), and Pro+ is 1200 minutes/month (details subject to the official website).
- Paid plans auto-renew and can be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Students or teachers can get 50% off education yearly pricing; people with hearing/speech disabilities can apply for a disability care discount for 50% off Pro yearly pricing.
