Export highlights and markers

Export highlights and notes from a recording for keeping and sharing.

Overview

In Tinrec, you can add markers (Mark) for important information during recording or transcription, and later add notes (Note) in the transcript. Markers and notes can be exported with the conversation so you can keep decision points and key clips and forward them to colleagues.

Steps

  1. Find and open the target conversation in Workspace or My Favorites.
  2. Tap More menu (⋯) in the upper right → Export.
  3. In the export window, choose the content types to export:
    • Marker (Mark): Export key timestamps and text you marked during recording.
    • Note: Export notes you added in the transcript.
    • Overview: Export the AI-generated key-point summary.
  4. Choose the export format (Word, PDF, TXT, Markdown, PNG image, and more).
  5. Tap Download, or choose Send to app to send to Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft OneNote, Dropbox, or email.

Tips / FAQ

  • No Comment feature: Tinrec currently uses markers and notes instead of transcript comments. If you usually leave discussion notes on a transcript, use notes, or share the conversation via a secure link for colleagues to view.
  • Free plan export scope: Some export formats and content types may vary by plan; Free plan export scope as stated on the live product page.
  • Marker jump: If exported markers keep timestamps, you can tap to jump back and play the matching recording clip.
  • Export conversations
  • One-tap share a conversation
