Export conversation audio

Get the original recording audio file for a conversation for backup or reuse.

Overview

Tinrec keeps the original recording audio for every conversation. When you need to back up a recording, submit an audio file, or use the audio elsewhere, you can get the conversation’s audio file.

Steps

  1. Open the target conversation in Workspace or My Favorites.
  2. Tap the conversation More menu (⋯)Export.
  3. In export content, choose Conversation audio (Audio) if your plan supports it.
  4. Tap Download to get the audio file, or choose Send to app to send to Dropbox, email, and more.
