If you have any questions while using Tinrec, you can contact the Tinrec team by email or LINE Support, and we will help you as soon as possible.
Steps
- Prepare your account information (sign-in email or user ID), a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots.
- Choose one of the following ways to contact us:
- Email: Send a message to official@tinrec.com; we reply within 24 hours on business days.
- LINE Support: Contact LINE Support during business hours 9:00–18:00.
- You can also find the corresponding entry in the app under Profile Settings → Contact Support.
Tips / FAQ
- To speed up handling, include the recording where the issue occurred or your order number when you write in.
- Join the user benefits group (scan the LINE QR code) for the latest product updates and limited-time offers.
