Connect your calendar and contacts to Tinrec (details per official site)

Overview

Some meeting assistants support connecting Google / Outlook calendars and contacts to schedule recording automatically. Tinrec’s core strengths are recording/transcription and AI meeting notes. Below is the current status for calendar / contacts and alternative approaches.

Steps

  1. Create or import your meeting recording in Tinrec (Mac desktop recording of online meetings, live recording in the app / web, or upload an audio file).
  2. After recording finishes, Tinrec automatically produces a transcript, meeting notes, speaker summaries, and to-dos.
  3. To bring meeting results into calendar/contact workflows, use Export or Send to app (Notion, Google Docs, OneNote, Dropbox, email) and organize them yourself.

Tinrec does not currently clearly offer connecting Google / Outlook calendars and contacts with automatic sync recording (details per the official site). If you need calendar-based auto recording, start recording manually in the Mac desktop app when the meeting begins.
