Organize, review, and manage your meeting transcripts in Tinrec
Overview
After a meeting ends, Tinrec transcribes the recording and automatically generates meeting notes, speaker summaries, and to-dos. This article explains how to manage these meeting transcripts on your device and in the web workspace.
Tinrec is available on iOS, Android, Mac / Windows desktop, and web. Recordings and transcripts sync across devices so you can review meeting content anytime, anywhere.
Steps
- Open Tinrec and go to Workspace (home / list page).
- Find the target meeting recording in the list and open the detail page.
- On the detail page you can review: live transcript, meeting notes, speaker summaries, to-dos, key highlights, chapters, mind maps, and more.
- For long-term keeping, click Favorite in the action menu to add to My Favorites; you can also export as Word, PDF, TXT, SRT, PNG, and more, or one-click share to create a link.
- To ask questions about the meeting, click Ask to chat with AI and pull out key points quickly.

Q: How long are records kept?
A: Your transcripts are stored in your Tinrec account and sync across devices. Retention periods and plan allowances follow the official site.
Q: Does Tinrec sync meetings from the calendar and record them automatically?
A: Tinrec does not currently offer a meeting bot that joins automatically or calendar-based auto recording. You can start capturing system audio manually in the desktop app while the meeting is in progress (details per the official site).
