Manage your meeting transcripts

Organize, review, and manage your meeting transcripts in Tinrec

Overview

After a meeting ends, Tinrec transcribes the recording and automatically generates meeting notes, speaker summaries, and to-dos. This article explains how to manage these meeting transcripts on your device and in the web workspace.

Tinrec is available on iOS, Android, Mac / Windows desktop, and web. Recordings and transcripts sync across devices so you can review meeting content anytime, anywhere.

Steps

  1. Open Tinrec and go to Workspace (home / list page).
  2. Find the target meeting recording in the list and open the detail page.
  3. On the detail page you can review: live transcript, meeting notes, speaker summaries, to-dos, key highlights, chapters, mind maps, and more.
  4. For long-term keeping, click Favorite in the action menu to add to My Favorites; you can also export as Word, PDF, TXT, SRT, PNG, and more, or one-click share to create a link.
  5. To ask questions about the meeting, click Ask to chat with AI and pull out key points quickly.

Tips / FAQ

Q: How long are records kept?

Q: Does Tinrec sync meetings from the calendar and record them automatically?

A: Tinrec does not currently offer a meeting bot that joins automatically or calendar-based auto recording. You can start capturing system audio manually in the desktop app while the meeting is in progress (details per the official site).
