Use Dropbox with Tinrec

Use Dropbox with Tinrec

Overview

Tinrec supports sending meeting notes, transcripts, and related content to Dropbox, so you can archive meeting results to cloud storage and sync with shared team folders. Combined with Tinrec’s multi-format export, you can flexibly connect recording outputs into a Dropbox workflow.

Steps

  1. On the Tinrec workspace or recording detail page, open the action menu for that recording.
  2. Choose Export or Send to app (sendToApp).
  3. Among available apps, select Dropbox.
  4. Authorize Tinrec to connect to your Dropbox account (first time only).
  5. Choose the content types to export (meeting summary, transcript, memo, key highlights, to-dos) and formats (Word, PDF, TXT, SRT, PNG, Markdown).
  6. After you confirm, the file is sent to your Dropbox. You can paste the resulting link into a shared team folder or chat group.
