Share Tinrec content to Slack

Share Tinrec content to Slack

Overview

Tinrec does not currently offer a direct Slack integration, so there is no Connect Slack button. You can still easily share meeting transcripts and notes to a Slack channel so your team can see the highlights right away. This article explains how to get Tinrec content into Slack.

Steps

  1. After you finish recording and transcription in Tinrec, open the action menu on the recording detail page and choose Share.
  2. Create an encrypted online share link (you will see “Share link copied” after clicking).
  3. Open Slack, paste the link into the target channel or DM, and send it. Colleagues can click to view the transcript, meeting notes, and to-dos in a browser.
  4. Or choose Export to get Word / PDF / Markdown, then upload the file directly to a Slack channel.
  5. If you only need text highlights, use one-click copy from Meeting notes and paste into a Slack message.
