Tinrec sharing and collaboration

Overview

Tinrec makes it easy to share recordings and meeting notes with colleagues and friends. The enterprise team plan (member management, team insights, etc.) is still in planning with no confirmed launch date; for now, use share links so others can view recordings and notes online.

Steps

1. On the recording list or detail page, open the action menu.
2. Tap Share.
3. Generate a share link (the screen shows "Share link copied").
4. Send the link to colleagues or friends; they can open it to view the original transcript, meeting notes, chapters, and to-dos online.

Tips / FAQ

• If the other person did not receive the link, confirm it was copied and sent correctly, and ask them to check spam or message filtering.
• The workspace also provides Shared with me to centrally view content others shared with you.
