Tinrec quick start
From creating an account to finishing your first recording and transcript.
Tinrec helps you record content, generate transcripts, and organize meeting highlights. New users get 60 minutes of transcription time on sign-up — no credit card required to try it.
Create an account
Open the Tinrec app or web version, and register and sign in with email (verification code), Google account, or Apple account.
Complete your first recording
- On the home screen, choose Start recording.
- Allow Tinrec to use the microphone.
- When finished, choose Done and wait for the transcript to generate.
- On the detail page, review AI meeting notes, or tap Copy notes in one tap to share with your team.
Other ways to get started
Besides live recording, you can also:
- Upload a recording file: Import existing audio/video for transcription.
- Web video to text: Paste a video link for automatic parsing.
- Multi-device sync: Content syncs automatically across web, app, and iPad.
