Learn about Tinrec team channels (collaboration feature in development).
Overview
Channels are Tinrec’s planned team collaboration spaces for collecting conversations, sharing meeting summaries, and tracking action items together. Channels and related team features are part of the Enterprise team plan and do not yet have a confirmed launch date.
Steps (planned workflow)
- Create or join a team channel and add related conversations to it.
- In the channel, review members’ transcriptions and meeting summaries.
- Share content through the channel and use Shared with me / Favorites for quick access.
- Export conversations, action items, and summaries from the channel into your team workflow.
Tips / FAQ
- Still in development: Channels, member management, team insights, audit logs, dedicated support, and other team features are planned without a confirmed launch date; details are subject to the official website.
- Current workaround: Until launch, use one-tap share to create an encrypted link so colleagues can view conversations and summaries online; use Favorites to organize frequently used records.
- Personal features still work: Live transcription, audio-to-text, AI meeting summary, export, and share are already available.
