Create an encrypted share link so colleagues or friends can view the transcript and meeting summary online.
Overview
Tinrec Share lets you send a conversation to colleagues or friends in one step. With an encrypted share link, they can view the transcript, meeting summary, chapters, and action items online—even without signing in—so meeting outcomes sync quickly.
Steps
- Open the target conversation from Workspace or Favorites.
- Tap the conversation More menu (⋯) → Share.
- The system creates a share link and shows Share link copied.
- Send the link via messenger or email.
- Recipients open the link to view the conversation online.
Tips / FAQ
- Permission controls: When sharing, set view permissions; online encrypted sharing helps keep content secure.
- Shared with me: Conversations others share with you appear under Shared with me in Workspace.
- No Ask AI: Shared pages do not support Ask AI—open the conversation in your own account if you need interaction.
- Stop sharing: To revoke access, see Stop or change conversation sharing permissions.
