Allow collaborators to share

Control whether team members can reshare conversations in the Enterprise team plan.

Overview

In Tinrec team collaboration scenarios, you can control whether people you work with can reshare a conversation with others. Allow collaborators to share is part of Enterprise team collaboration permissions and works with file sharing, member management, audit logs, usage overview, and team insights.

Steps

  1. Open a conversation already shared with team members.
  2. Open share management and find Allow collaborators to share.
  3. Turn the permission on or off to decide whether members can create their own share links.
  4. After you save, the setting applies immediately to collaborators on that conversation.
