Favorite a channel

Overview

In Tinrec, Favorites let you quickly access important content. Personal My Favorites is already available for saving frequently used conversations and records. Favorite a channel is part of team collaboration and is planned for the Enterprise team plan; there is no confirmed launch date yet.

Steps (personal favorites — available now)

1. In the Workspace list or conversation detail page, tap More menu (⋯) → Favorite.
2. Favorited conversations appear under My Favorites in Workspace.
3. Tap Unfavorite again to remove them from the favorites list (empty state: “No favorited content yet”).

Steps (favorite a channel — in development)

1. Open the target team channel.
2. Tap the Favorite icon next to the channel to add it to frequently used channels.
3. Quickly access favorited channels from the channel list. (Details as stated on the official website)

Tips / FAQ

• Channels still in development: Channels and favoriting channels are planned for the Enterprise team plan; there is no confirmed launch date.
• Use personal favorites first: Until team features launch, use My Favorites to manage frequently used conversations and meeting summaries.
• Favorites do not change sharing: Favoriting is for personal quick access only and does not change the conversation’s sharing status.
