Tinrec and Zapier automation

Overview

Tinrec does not currently offer a direct Zapier integration, so there are no ready-made Tinrec triggers or actions. If you want to connect workflows in Zapier, first export or share meeting content from Tinrec, then process it in Zapier. This article explains workable alternatives.

Steps

  1. After recording and transcription in Tinrec, open the action menu on the detail page and choose Export to get Word / PDF / TXT / Markdown / SRT and other formats.
  2. Click Share to create an encrypted share link, or use Send to app to deliver content to Dropbox, Google Docs, Notion, or other clouds Zapier can access.
  3. In Zapier, use that cloud file or link as the trigger source and connect follow-up actions (for example, send a notification, write to a spreadsheet, or create a task).
  4. For plain text, use one-click copy from Meeting notes, then paste into the target app in a Zapier step.
