ハイライトとマークをエクスポートする

はじめに

In Tinrec (Second Listening Recording), you can "add a mark" to important information during the recording or transcribing process, and you can also add a memo (Note) to the verbatim transcript afterwards. These marks and memos can be exported along with the conversation, allowing you to save decision points and key moments and forward them to colleagues.

操作手順

1. ワークベンチまたは「マイコレクション」で対象の会話を見つけて開きます。
2. 会話右上の「アクションメニュー(⋯)」をクリック→「エクスポート」を選択します。
3. エクスポート ウィンドウでエクスポートするコンテンツ タイプを選択します。
   • マーク: 記録中にマークした主要な時点とテキストをエクスポートします。
   • 注: 逐語原稿に追加したメモの内容をエクスポートします。
   • 概要: AI によって自動生成された主要な概要をエクスポートします。
4. エクスポート形式 (Word、PDF、TXT、Markdown、PNG 画像など) を選択します。
5. [ダウンロード] をクリックするか、[アプリに送信] を選択して、Notion、Google Docs、Microsoft OneNote、Dropbox、またはメールに直接送信します。

• 「コメント」機能なし: Tinrec 現在、逐語的なコメントを置き換えるために「マーク」と「メモ」を使用しています。 if you are used to leaving comments on verbatim comments, you can use memos instead to record, or share the conversation with colleagues through an encrypted sharing link.
• 無料版のエクスポート範囲: プランによって一部のエクスポート形式とコンテンツの種類が異なる場合があります。無料版のエクスポート範囲については、公式開始ページを参照してください。
• マーク ジャンプ: エクスポートされたマークにタイムスタンプが保持されている場合、クリックしてジャンプして、対応する記録クリップを再生できます。
