Connect Tinrec meeting notes to HubSpot

Overview

Tinrec does not currently offer a direct HubSpot integration, so there is no Connect HubSpot setting. If you use HubSpot for marketing and sales, you can use Tinrec’s export and share features to bring meeting notes into HubSpot contacts, deals, or meeting records.

Steps

1. Finish recording and transcription in Tinrec, and confirm meeting notes and to-dos have been generated.
2. On the detail page, open the action menu and choose Export to get Word / PDF / TXT / Markdown and other formats.
3. Open HubSpot, go to the matching contact or deal page, upload the exported file as an attachment, or paste the notes into notes / activities.
4. Or click Share to create an encrypted link and paste it into the related HubSpot record so the team can view the full transcript.

Q: Why is there no HubSpot direct connection?

A: Tinrec does not currently offer a direct third-party HubSpot connection. See the official website for the integration list.

Q: Can HubSpot activities be created automatically?

A: For now you need to export or paste manually. Automation is not available yet.

Q: Can I use share links?

A: Encrypted share links support permission controls and can be pasted into HubSpot link fields.
